The Employees tab shows every member of your organization with online status, current grade, and quick actions.
Hiring
- Use Hire player to pick from online players or hire the nearest player
- Set optional internal notes per employee
- Enable

Grade permissions
Each grade can get its own toggles:
- Can open menu: open the boss menu at all
- Hire employees: add new staff
- Fire employees: remove staff
- Manage safe: deposit and withdraw society funds
- Manage grades: edit ranks and permissions
Boss grade
The highest grade always has full access regardless of checkbox settings.
