1. About the store

Alpy Scripts sells licenses for digital products. Checkout and payment processing are provided by Tebex Checkout.

2. Digital licenses

Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on your own server(s) in accordance with any product-specific usage terms.

• Products are digital goods, not physical goods.
• You may not resell, redistribute, leak, or share purchased files.
• You may not remove attribution or licensing controls where applicable.

3. Delivery and access

Product delivery is automated after successful payment confirmation. Access can be revoked in case of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or license violation.

4. Platform dependency

Purchased products may require third-party platforms (e.g., FiveM, frameworks, servers, hosting services). Changes or downtime on third-party platforms are outside our control.

5. Pricing and taxes

Pricing is displayed at checkout. Tebex may collect VAT/sales tax where legally required based on buyer jurisdiction.

6. No abuse policy

Fraudulent claims, abuse, leaked content use, or payment disputes made in bad faith may lead to account and license restrictions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpy Scripts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including data loss, server downtime, or revenue loss from third-party platform issues.

8. Governing updates

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of this site and products after updates means you accept the revised terms.
