Refund Policy
Because products are digital and delivered instantly, refund eligibility is limited and reviewed case by case.
1. Digital goods policy
Purchases are for digital licenses delivered electronically. Due to immediate access and downloadability, all transactions are generally final unless required by applicable consumer law.
2. Eligible cases (good-faith review)
- Duplicate payment caused by a verified checkout error.
- Product not delivered after successful payment and unresolved by support.
- A critical issue where the product is materially not as described and cannot be resolved.
3. Non-eligible cases
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incompatibility with custom server setups not listed in product requirements.
- Bans, moderation actions, or platform rule violations by the buyer/server.
- Failure to read description, requirements, or setup instructions before purchase.
4. Tebex checkout
Payments are processed by Tebex Checkout. Billing and charge handling may be subject to Tebex policies as merchant of record.
5. How to request support
Contact support on Discord with your order details, server framework, and logs/screenshots. We prioritize troubleshooting before considering refunds.
